Minimum one (can either be an individual or a body corporate)

For an individual – must ordinarily reside in Hong Kong

For a body corporate – must have a registered office or a place of business in Hong Kong
3ShareholderMinimum one
4  Registered Office   Must be situated in Hong Kong

Notes:

Incorporation from scratch: Normally, the Certificate of Incorporation will be issued in about 4 working days (after all the required documents and forms are submitted to the Companies Registry).

Acquisition of a shelf company: a shelf company is already incorporated.
